Alan has outstanding business and production process analysis skills. He is adept at connecting the dots between business, technical, and operational experts to address challenges, change, and achieve success. He is a proven, practical program and project manager with a history of delivering value. Alan has extensive experience in manufacturing, systems, ERP (SAP, ORACLE), MES, LIMS and process management including regulated (FDA) businesses and Responsible Care™ companies.
Alan worked with a leading expert on cycle wheels to develop cycle wheels for packaging and manufacturing sites in a large Nutraceutical company. This included the development of the tools and processes to sustainably use the wheels delivering net savings of $4MM/yr.
Alan has been with Zinata since 2012. He helped a large NA Brewery, using the Zinata Standard Framework, to integrate corporate quality specifications with local site needs to support a global SAP effort. At every client Alan works to build the capability of the client organization. At one client he helped them create a community of practice to leverage their staff and expertise to dramatically increase the rate of sharing and overall improvement.
