Andrea’s roles have spanned from facilitator, team member, program developer, evaluator, and project lead. Her diversification and range in such a short career is exceptional.
She has firsthand experience working directly with clients leading the development of various services, primarily within health organizations. She excels at engaging key players, enabling them to work effectively and efficiently towards a common goal. Andrea focuses on the big picture while not losing sight of the small details. She manages unexpected events with ease and quickly collaborates with others to employ the necessary resolution strategies.
Andrea previously worked with Zinata as Marketing Lead and has rejoined our team as an Operations and Project Manager. She possesses innate personability and skill that enables her to excel in a plethora of positions.
