Carol has worked for 17 years as a Business Consultant focused on business transformation across global supply chains and 17 years in the supply chain industry.
She was a trusted advisor for Fortune 500 companies such as Procter & Gamble, Merck, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Schneider-Electric during her consulting career with Kinaxis. She provided insight to innovative supply chain competencies such as response management, scenario analysis, exception-based planning and control towers. Carol was an integral part of the team penetrating new market opportunities for Kinaxis leading to an IPO in 2014.
While at Sanmina-SCI and Nortel, Carol was a Supply Chain Leader guiding a team through a transition from functional planning roles to customer focused cross functional business units resulting in service, cost and flexibility improvements. Carol was responsible for the end to end value chain from customer service, planning, procurement, cost, quality and delivery.
Carol is well respected among her clients and peers. She attributes this to her unique experience of having been a supply chain practitioner ‘walked in your shoes’ as well as having had the privilege of working with 100+ companies as a consultant.
