Ralph Knauer
Ralph’s career at Procter and Gamble spanned 44 years. His “hands on” approach to complex problem solving enabled breakthrough accomplishments and improvements in supply chains in North America and around the globe.
These improvements ranged from implementing a Kanban based, order driven production planning process (which reduced inventories by 50%-75%) to developing and implementing visual based inventory management tools that reduced corporate inventories by $0.5B. Ralph led the initial creation of Demand Management and Sales and Operations Planning for P&G in North America. His expertise and coaching were consistently sought by business units across the globe. In recognition of his deep expertise and willingness to share his knowledge with others, Ralph was selected as the first recipient of the P&G Magnus Award for Supply Chain mastery, lifetime achievement/results, and sustained excellence.
Since 2014, Ralph has brought this same “hands on”, “make it simple”, get results approach to Zinata.
