During her near 30 year career, Yenny has delivered IT/OT service delivery management projects for multi-national companies doing business in South America, South Africa, and Australia.
She has been responsible for strategy, architecture, infrastructure, applications, and IT/OT Service Model design and implementation. She has facilitated a 50% reduction in incidents affecting operations by serving as the ITIL subject matter expert (SME) and IT/OT Service Manager, implementing service enhancements in a mining & metals company. During her time in a Project Management Office (PMO) for one of the largest copper mines in the world, she lead a team and managed a $15M budget.
In her role as IT/OT Program Manager for various divestment projects, a role she has performed for mining and cement companies. While working in this position, she developed an agile program management methodology that ensured the effective separation of technology assets, including applications, infrastructure, and back office systems. Post-sale, she was responsible for managing the Transition Services Agreement and the smooth transition of the IT/OT services to the new owners.
